USACE Fort Worth District is conducting a Sources Sought/RFI for market research on industry interest, capacity, and capability for a B-21 combined Squadron Operations and Bomber Generation Squadron Facility at Dyess AFB, Texas. The project has an estimated Construction Cost Limitation of $164,651,000 and approximately 167,164 gross square feet, including a two-story portion and a high bay maintenance hangar. Construction scope includes drilled pier foundations, structural steel framing, masonry and insulated metal panel walls, standing seam metal roofing, interior finishes, special foundations for expansive soils, site grading and demolition, utilities, 588-ton HVAC capacity, roads, sidewalks, and parking. The facility must comply with DoD UFC 1-200-01 and anti-terrorism/force protection requirements under UFC 4-010-01.
