The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is seeking a Design-Build team for a new Multi-Domain Cyber & Intel Operations Center at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, Texas. The project involves designing and constructing an approximately 600,000-square-foot, multi-story facility to consolidate the 16th Air Force's Information Warfare workforce, housing over 3,000 personnel in a 24/7, ICD 705-compliant environment. The delivery will use a Progressive Design-Build model through an Other Transaction Agreement, split into two phases: design/pre-construction services, followed by full design and construction upon price negotiation.
