The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision to remove existing guard post and cable fencing and install a new pipe rail fence with gates. Additionally, existing materials from impact and parking areas will be removed and replaced with concrete pads. All work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at Somerville Lake, Texas.
