This is an unrestricted, competitive, firm-fixed price contract to construct a multi-story Basic Military Training Dining and Classroom Facility at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The target price range for the project is between $195.5 million and $236.5 million. The winning contractor must achieve and maintain a Level 1 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) throughout the contract. The project is anticipated to be completed 800 days from the Notice to Proceed. Performance of services will take place at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
