The contractor must furnish all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision to erect a Government-furnished pre-engineered steel building. Any additional materials required for completion that are not provided by the Government must also be supplied by the contractor and approved by the COR. Before erection begins, the contractor must inspect the concrete foundation, anchor bolts, bearing plates, and other embedments for compliance with installation tolerances.
