The contractor must erect a government-furnished pre-engineered steel building in Granger Lake, Texas, providing all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision. The contractor is responsible for supplying any materials not listed in the Statement of Work attachment and must obtain COR approval. Before erection, the contractor must verify the concrete foundation, anchor bolts, slab elevations, and other embedments against manufacturer templates and drawings. The building must be erected according to manufacturer instructions, approved shop drawings, and the MBMA Metal Building Systems Manual. All work must comply with the Statement of Work and contract terms.
