The period of performance is a five-year ordering period with an estimated start date within 7 days of award. The anticipated maximum contract capacity is between $600,000 and $700,000. Offerors must have an active SAM registration and are required to enter a NIST score in the SPRS system before award. All proposals must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
