This is a competitive, small business set-aside contract for recreational park and office mowing and trimming services at Whitney and Aquilla Lakes. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity award based on best value. Offerors must have a valid NIST score entered in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to award. All work must be performed safely in accordance with EM 385-1-1.
