Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a presolicitation for a competitive, small business set-aside contract for recreational park and office mowing and trimming services at Whitney and Aquilla Lakes. The contract is a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years, with an estimated start within 7 days of award. The anticipated maximum capacity for the contract is $1,100,000. Offerors must have an active SAM registration and are required to enter a NIST score in the SPRS system before award. All proposals must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module, and contractors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for the solicitation and any amendments.
