For Drawings and the Specification Data Report, use Projnet Method Below ** Due to file size limitations associated with SAM.gov, Drawings and the Specification Data Report have been posted to a Projnet plan room at www.projnet.org http://www.projnet.org using the quick add key YGV9CM-PSE7TK. On the Projnet login page, provide email address and enter the quick key in the key access section and check the box *I agree to the privacy and Security Notice*. Make sure the Managing Agency is USACE.
