The magnitude of construction from DFAR 236.204(III) is between $100,000,000.00 and $250,000,000.00. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 17 March 2025 via traditional Design-Bid-Build Process. A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated and is anticipated to be awarded in August 2025. Project constraints include construction in active and congested areas within the City of Fort Worth. Anticipated project completion is 910 days from Notice to Proceed.
