(See Attached Pre-Solicitation Notice).The project is for the design and construction of a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) inclusive of buildings 4351 (Vehicle Maintenance Shop); 4350 (Storage), 4352 (Dispatch Building); 4353 (Oil Storage); 4354, 4355, 4356, 4357 and 4358 (Grease Racks) on Fort Cavazos, TX.The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $45 million.The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.The Phase 1 solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 17 March 2025 using a Two-Phase Design Build Process in accordance with FAR 36.3 -Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures.A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2025. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
