The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, parking, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform mail services for the Cooperative Administration Support Unit (CASU) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Contract shall be for mail services in three locations: Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102 Earle Cabell Federal Building, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75242 and Department of Education (DOE) at 1999 Bryan St. Bryan Tower, Dallas, TX 75201
