Dam Vegetation Maintenance Services for Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Georgetown Lake, Texas.The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561730 which has a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. The Product Service Code is S208 ? Housekeeping ? Landscaping/Groundskeeping The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 30 April 2025.Project Scope: This is a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IQIQ) non-personal services contract to provide mowing services for dams at Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, and Lake Georgetown. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (subcontractors) performing the services herein. Such contract service providers (subcontractors) shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing services on embankments, designated spillway areas and adjacent spillway areas, associated dam areas, including along roads, parking areas, guardrails and all fences at Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, and Lake Georgetown, except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
