Vendors shall provide acknowledgement of the amendment as stated in Block 11 of the amendment. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR Refuse and Garbage Disposal Services at Bardwell Lake, Ennis Texas: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse and garbage disposal services at Bardwell Lake, as defined in this Performance Work Statement. SCOPE: Perform refuse and garbage disposal at Bardwell Lake. Services include providing, maintaining, emptying and cleaning of refuse and garbage receptacles at Bardwell Lake. The contractor shall accomplish collection and disposal of refuse and garbage at Bardwell Lake in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer.
