PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: This announcement is a 100% Small Business set aside, firm-fixed price, contract for Potable Water System Operation, Maintenance, and Testing Services Aerobic System and Back Flow Prevention Testing Services for Town Bluff Dam, Woodville, Texas – Piney Woods Region (PW). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541380 which has a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code is Q301 Laboratory Testing The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 15 October 2024, and proposals due on or about 14 November 2024. Description of Service: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform potable water system operation, maintenance, and testing services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. In addition, the contractor will also test/check aerobic systems and back flow prevention systems. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Project Scope: The Contractor shall perform potable water system operation, maintenance, and testing services at Town Bluff Dam Parks. The Contractor shall perform aerobic system and back flow prevention system testing services. Services include furnishing all contract labor, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, quality control and non-personal services necessary to operate and maintain a potable water system at Magnolia Ridge Park and Sandy Creek Park and to provide potable water testing services at the same location, and aerobic system testing services at Campers Cove Park and back flow testing at Sandy Creek Park and, Magnolia Ridge Park. The contract will consist of a base year (12 months) and four option years, 12 months each.
