For non-DHS programs and/or customers this MATOC will be utilized within SWDs boundary. DESCRIPTION: A complete description of work for each specific project will be provided in the technical specifications for individual task orders. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Maximum capacity is $1.5B for the entire ordering period made of a 5 year base and 2 option years. Individual Task Orders shall be Firm-Fixed Price and will not exceed $150M. This is a Full and Open Procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone10% price evaluation. You must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive an award from this solicitation. The SAM website is located at www.sam.gov and is free to use.
