Vendors submitting quotes are required to acknowledge the amendment. The date and time for quote submission is NOT changed. Scope: The Contractor shall perform medical testing for employees at Piney Woods Projects. Contractor will provide an on-site mobile unit that can meet the requirements listed in the PWS and provide the medical surveillance with minimal disruption of the workers day. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to effectively perform medical testing services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the current existing medical standards.
