BASE: This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial Gate Attendant Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Fort Worth District intends to establish a Single Award Contract for non-personal serves to perform the services listed. All proposals must fully-comply with these instructions and address all solicitation requirements to be eligible for award. As such, proposals that take exception to any term or condition of this solicitation, propose any additional term or condition, or omit any required information, may not be considered for award. Alternate proposals are not authorized and will be rejected. Each initial offer should contain the Offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. It is the Offerors responsibility to ensure that there are no discrepancies presented within the information contained in its offer. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that in the event there are discrepancies within the information received by the Government, or in comparison to Government information provided in the solicitation, the Government reserves the right to apply its judgment to resolve such discrepancies during the evaluation of the proposals without conducting discussions. Offerors may submit quotes for multiple positions. However, the successful offeror is only eligible to receive one award from this announcement. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials and or supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal gate attendant services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules.
