06 Jan 2024: The purpose of this amendment is to remove site visit information and incorporate by full text FAR Clause 52,212-2.26 Jan 2024: Two Contracts will be issued from Solicitation W9126G24Q0011. One contract will be issued for Lavon Lake - East Fork A and the other for Lavon Lake East B. It is not certain that the Government will issue both contracts to the same firm. This is a competitive solicitation that is 100% set-aside for Small Business. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Gate Attendant Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.Each Gate Attendant location will have teams of two (2). Both Contractors will work a four (4) calendar day shift, four (4) calendar days on and four (4) calendar days off and will work all of the federal holidays that fall within their normal four-day shift. Twenty-four hour shifts begin at 6:00 a.m. each morning and end at 6:00 a.m. the following morning. Gate Attendants shall be considered on-duty during the hours between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The Gate Attendant shall be in the gate house between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m. The Gate Attendant shall open the gate at 10:00 a.m. and close the gate at 10:00 p.m. Contractor ?1A? will begin work on 1 April and work 4 days, and then be off 4 days, following that pattern through the end of the term of the contract period. Contractor ?1B? will start work on 5 April, and work 4 days, and then be off 4 days. This pattern continues throughout the term of the contract. The work to be performed under these contracts will be performed at East Fork Park. Facilities include 49 campsites with water and electric hook-ups, 12 primitive campsites, 11 equestrian campsites, playground, group pavilion, day use area, 5 restrooms with 2 restroom buildings having showers, 2 boat ramps and 1 dump station.
