The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers USACE), Fort Worth District intends to establish a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for non-personal services to provide all management, tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and labor required to achieve the desired results described herein to perform septic tank pumping and sewage disposal services at various parks and locations at Canyon, Georgetown, Granger, and Somerville Lakes. Septic pumping services including removal of non-biological material. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform septic tank pumping and sewage disposal services including removal of non-biological material described herein at Capital Region Lakes as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Work Shall be performed in support of the USACE Capital Region offices at Canyon, Georgetown, Granger, and Somerville Lakes: Canyon Lake Office: 601 COE Road, Canyon Lake, TX 78133. Georgetown Lake Office: 500 Lake Overlook Drive, Georgetown, TX 78633. Granger Lake Office: 3100 Granger Dam Road, Granger, TX 76530 Somerville Lake Office: 1560 Thornberry Dr, Somerville, TX 77879 NAICS Code: 562991 Period of Performance: This contract is for a base year and two (2) option years. The base contract awarded as a result of this solicitation shall remain in full force and effect from May 1, 2023 or date of the award (whichever is later) thru April 30, 2024. Option years, if exercised, shall be for 12 months each. All work shall be executed by the issuance of specific task orders. Each issued task order will contain specific details of work to be performed and the individual period of performance of the task order as designated by the KO. Minimum period of performance on any awarded task order shall be no less than 5 calendar days. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract and not all services may be required.
