The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) plans to solicit offers for Fort Bliss Facilities, plans to solicit offers for Fort Bliss Facilities, to include Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) existing facilities. As part of this on-going mission, SWF has an action to install 6 kitchenettes in three buildings at Fort Bliss, Texas. USACE plans to solicit offers for an 8(a) sole source procurement and award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) C-type contract for six kitchenettes. This consolidation benefits are critical to the agency’s mission success, provides for maximum practicable participation of small businesses and is in the best interest of the Government. Therefore, the Government has found that consolidation is necessary and justified and extends Notice of Intent to Consolidate within seven days of consolidation determination, FAR 7.107-5 – Notifications.
