Contractor will provide a timely response to the maintenance, repair, or rehabilitation needs at Government installation and facilities within theCapital Region footprint. Typical efforts include, but are not limited to these areas: maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, energy conservation,environmental, logistical, and operation. The contractor w ill be required to perform all f acets of the w ork such as surveying the problem,recommending a solution, and correction of the problem in a timely manner. The contractor shall maintain the capability to provide a quickresponse for this work. Task orders issues under this contract shall be issued for work assigned to USACE - Fort Worth District, CapitalRegion, Texas.
