This is a supply contract with incidental services to provide Automated Fee Machine yearly subscriptions for two (2) machines located at stillhouse Lake. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract providers performing herein. Such contract providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Description of Supplies/Introduction: The contractor shall provide yearly subscriptions for two (2) machines located at stillhouse Lake as defined in this SOW, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Annual Subscription Renewals: venVue web-based application one year subscription. Contractor will provide a one-year subscription to the venVUE program, a cloud-based, web accessible facility management software for two (2) users. Users shall have the ability to view status and transactional data in real-time, render reports to support audits and generate an array of statistical data. Users shall be able to alter rate information, enable or disable meters from the network, add/delete/modify lots, and control electronic coupon usage from any internet enabled device. Merchant Payment Processing Software License yearly fee. Merchant Payment Processing Software License fee will be priced as a yearly fee for two (2) fee machines. As a Level 1 PCI Provider VenTek offers a Secure Electronic Gateway. This allow VenTek's customers to establish a direct connection between the VenTek System and their Payment Card Processor. For the USACE the VenTek system will connect to the Treasury’s Payment Processor which is currently FIS. VenTek warrants that the Payment Gateway will remain PCI-DSS & PA-DSS compliant for the twelve (12) month duration of delivery. One year of monthly fee for VenTek data center. Fee for VenTek data center will be priced as a yearly fee. Each project has its own server as part of the VenTek Cloud-based enterprise facility hosted and maintained in Amazon Web. This is where all transaction and PCI data is stored. It is PCI and PA-DSS certified and the network resources and traffic is monitored 24/7. It is auto load balanced has smart switching and there is a complete duplication of the networks 2 instances in two time zones. One year of monthly cellular data. Cellular date will be priced as a yearly fee for two (2) machines. VenTek will provide cellular connectivity using the provider in area with the best connectivity. Warranty for one year. Fee for VenTek Warranty will be priced as a yearly fee. The Contractor will supply all tools, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to provide warranty repair and/or replacement of Automated Fee Machine or parts and equipment with a priority service response. Automated Fee Machine equipment covered includes all equipment installed by the contractor. The Government will “plug and play” warrantied parts if both parties agree that is the appropriate action.
