The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform septic tank pumping and sewage disposal services including removal of non-biological material described herein at Capital Region Lakes as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. These services shall be utilized at Canyon, Georgetown, Granger, and Somerville Lakes.Periods of Performance will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods.Maximum Contract Capacity: $300,000.00
