NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $16.5M This synopsis is for the restroom roof replacement at Navarro Mills Lake. This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description of Work: Restroom Roof Replacement at Navarro Mills Lake, Purdon, TX. Provide all labor tools equipment and material to replace 3 restroom roofs at Wolf Creek Park. Existing sky lights shall be removed and replaced with necessary structural framework and decking to cover the existing hole and be brought to an even grade with the pre-existing roof decking and integrated into the roofing. All shingles and tar paper shall be removed. New moisture barrier shall be installed. New metal r-panels roofing shall be installed and all necessary components, constructed and attached in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Place of Performance: The work’s located in Navarro County, Texas Period of Performance: 60 Calendar days Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FARS) 36.204, the magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures. Note: This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and is anticipated to be available on or about January 23, 2023. Please note that the bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Any prospective Offeror must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. After completing SAM registration, interested Contractors and their subcontractors must then register in the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://www.piee.eb.mil to obtain solicitation documents, plans and specifications for this solicitation and submit bids. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any amendments that may be posted to this solicitation. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
