Base-Build-Bid work will include interior renovation of selected spaces in Buildings 11265, 11266 and 11332; to include counters, sinks, refrigerators, stoves, exhaust vent over stove, fire suppression system , flooring and ceiling replacement, followed by Option 1 for Buildings 2901 and 2904, Option 2 for Buildings 2413 and 1014, Option 3 for Building 9895. The Design-Bid-Build Contract will include the Construction of the required renovations. Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ONLY.
