The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform movement of Government property by truck and trailer as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This contract is for all labor and equipment to facilitate the loading, offloading and transportation of (6) standard 40’x8’x8’-6” High containers, approximately 30,000 pounds each.
