Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform tree clearing... The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform tree clearing, tree removal, trimming, dead or storm damaged tree removal, stump grinding, boundary fence line clearing, reseeding, and boundary maintenance services described herein, at the Trinity Regional Lakes of North Central Texas. These services shall be utilized at Lavon, Lewisville, Ray Roberts, Grapevine, Benbrook, Joe Pool, and Bardwell Lakes. All service results shall be as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall be required to perform within the standards of this contract.
