This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Lake Lavon East Fork Road Repair (Phase 2), Wylie, TX in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to establish a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for the East Fork Road Repair (Phase 2) project at East Fork Park, Lavon Lake. The work will include all work in accordance with the scope of work and specifications and includes pulverizing the existing asphalt/chip seal/base material, reshaping, compacting with cement stabilization, and placing a chip seal surface. Work includes 2 aggregate roads that consists of pulverizing, reshaping, compacting with cement stabilization and final grading for shaping a crown for proper drainage. Work also includes repairing or replacing a number of culverts and regrading the inflow and outflow areas to ensure proper drainage. Solicitation W9126G21R0072 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Wylie, TX, Texas The period of performance is 120 days. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Lake Lavon East Fork Road Repair (Phase 2), for the duration of the contract period. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G21R0072 is on or about 18 August 2021. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.
