The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, vehicles, materials, management, supervision, inspection, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform water testing and services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. The Contractor will perform water testing, consisting of public water systems operation and testing, swimming beach water collection and testing, and oxidation pond operation and testing for Lake O’ the Pines Project near Jefferson, TX. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform water testing services at the specified locations and to standards as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer (KO) or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer (COR), if applicable. Period of Performance: Base Year - 01 Oct 2021 - 30 Sep 2022; Option Year 1 - 01 Oct 2022 - 30 Sep 2023; Option Year 2 - 01 Oct 2023 - 30 Sep 2024; Option Year 3 - 01 Oct 2024 - 30 Sep 2025; Option Year 4 - 01 Oct 2025 - 30 Sep 2026.
