The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to clear, mark, and paint portions of the Government boundary line surrounding Wright Patman and/or Lake O’ the Pines Lakes as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional detailed description of procurement action requirements. REMINDER: Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Wright Patman Project located west of Texarkana, Texas and Lake O’ the Pines Project located northwest of Jefferson, Texas.
