Amendment 1: Offer due date has been extended to March 21, 2021 at 11:00am CST for the following reasons: Option Year 5 Bid Schedule: Quantities have been reduced for CLINS 5002AB, 5002AC, 5002AD, 5002AE, 5004AB, 5004AC, and 5004AD. In the PWS, section 1.2.2 and Technical Exhibit 1 have also been updated. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Bulk Refuse collection and disposal services at various parks and locations at Belton and Stillhouse Lakes. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform BRR collection and disposal services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
