PROJECT NAME: Capital Region Gate Attendant Services: Cranes Mill Shift A, Potters Creek Shift A, Potters Creek Shift B, Canyon Beach Shift A, and Belton Lake and Stillhouse Lake. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal gate attendant services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules. Work shall be performed in the USACE Capital Region located at Canyon Lake, 601 C.O.E Road, Canyon Lake, TX 78133. Periods of Performance will be one (1) six (6) month base period.
