All portable toilets shall be both standard and / or Hanicap (ADA) units meeting or exceeding current industry standards equipped with interior locks, ventialtion, a toilet seat, a toilet paper holder... All portable toilets shall be both standard and / or Hanicap (ADA) units meeting or exceeding current industry standards equipped with interior locks, ventialtion, a toilet seat, a toilet paper holder and a minimum ten gallon holding tank. These units shall be constructed of durable material for outside use. The Contractor's service shall include cleaning and re-supplying the toilet paper to 90% of the dispenser's capacity during each scheduled service day and shall also include pumping of holding tanks, adding a tank deodarant, controlling insects and pests to include but not limited to mosquitos, flies, gnats, and ants. the Contractor shall also perform maintenance, cleaning of any spillage, disposing of effluent and repair or replacing units as needed to keep each portable toilet unit in a useable condition.
