The U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a sole-source, follow-on A-E Purchase Order under the authority found at FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(d)(2), all responsible vnedors may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by USACE. Additional information regarding anticipated awardee and project description can be found in the attached sole-source justification.
