This is a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Umbrella contract. The prices will be fixed based on quantities and unit prices set in the Bid Table. The Army Corp. of Engineer Fort Worth District intends to solicit for a construction project to award IDIQ Design/Build Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Construction Services for the Piney Woods North and South Region Lake and Fort Worth District Mission. SATOC will consist of a 1-year base period with 4 option year. Project Title: Piney Woods North Maintenance IDIQ and Piney Woods Couth Maintenance IDIQ NAICS Code 236220. Size determination: $39,500,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price The available maximum capacity for this SATOC pool is $10,000,000. This pre-solicitation is a notice to disseminate information and met the synopsizing requirements. When the requirement is finalized the Solicitation will be posted on beta.sam.gov under solicitation number W9126G-20-R-0024 and W9126G-20-R-0025. No additional documents will be attached at this time.
