This is a Solicitation Notice - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, plans to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Real Estate Appraisal Services, for work in California and Arizona. Orders (calls) will awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. This Announcement is set-aside for Small Business concerns. Offerors MUST be licensed by the State of California and/or Arizona as a Certified General Appraiser. Awardees shall prepare real estate appraisals that are compliant with USACE ER 405-1-04, the current version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the 2016 Version of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), aka ''Yellow Book".
