AMENDMENT 01- THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS APRIL 28, 2020 AT 12:00 PM (CST) This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with (IAW) Subpart 12.6, the solicitation is being procured IAW commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for gate attendant services at the Wright Patman Lake Area (Clear Springs Lake). The solicitation (W9126G-20-Q-3089) is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services for the duration of the contract period as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services within the Lake Appendix in this solicitation.
