The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to perform Project Office upgrades at Wright Patman Lake (Project Office, Old Ranger building, Maintenance Barn, Natural Resource Building, and Security Street Lights) in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and as indicated on the attachments. Work consists of window replacement, door replacement, light replacement, flooring replacement, ceiling tile replacement, installation of ceiling insulation, installation of metal roofing, toilet installation, sink installation, etc. at Wright Patman Lake.
