The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services for the duration of the contract period as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The term of the contract is for a twelve-month base period and one twelve-month option period. The required services are defined in this document under each Lake Appendix for three (3) locations, Canyon Lake, Somerville Lake and Belton Lake, Texas.
