The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to perform park gatehouse upgrades at Wright Patman Lake (Rocky Point Park, Piney Point Park, Clear Springs Park, and Malden Lake Park) in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and as indicated on the attachments. Work consists of window replacement, door replacement, light replacement, flooring replacement, counter top replacement, ceiling tile replacement, installation of ceiling insulation, installation of metal roofing, and installation of HVAC units at these specified parks at Wright Patman Lake.
