Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor necessary to perform mowing/trimming and landscaping services at Lewisville and Grapevine Lake Offices, in accordance with the attached specifications. This work will be bid by the acre per park/area. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to mow/trim and landscape around public use and prime facilities at the Lewisville and Grapevine Lake Offices in accordance with this contract. The areas covered and number of facilities are shown in the Tabulation Sheets, Mowing Maps, and Typical Drawings. The work shall be in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer and performed as set forth in the following specifications:
