All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for Vegetation Removal Services. Solicitation W9126G22Q0020 Place of Performance: Lavon, Lewisville, Ray Roberts, Grapevine, Benbrook, Joe Pool, and Bardwell Lakes, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 2 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 36 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform tree maintenance services at Lavon, Lewisville, Ray Roberts, Grapevine, Benbrook, Joe Pool, and Bardwell Lakes, Texas for the duration of the contract period. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G22Q0020 is on or about 21 Feb 2021. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561730 (tree services), The Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 Million.
