This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with (IAW) Subpart 12.6, The solicitation is being procured IAW commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The resulting long term contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for janitorial, park refuse, beach water sampling/testing, and bird repellent gel application services at Proctor Lake. The solicitation (W9126G-20-Q-0016) is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform nonpersonal custodial services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules. Work shall be performed in the USACE Three Rivers Region, located at various parks within Proctor Lake, 2180 FM 2861, Comanche TX, 76422. The Period of Performance (P.O.P) will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
