The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The solicitation will be posted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://www.beta.sam.gov on or about 7 February 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721211. Size standard: $8 Million. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, stand alone (P-Type) contracts. Multiple awards will be made for Fort Worth District Regional Lake Offices: Piney Woods. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services for the duration of the contract period as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and each lake appendix. The period of performance will be identified on the bid schedule which varies from (6) months and (12) months base period.
