The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, permits, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform herbicide services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and schedules. Work shall be performed in the USACE Trinity Region located at 6399 FM 1382, Dallas, TX 75249. Periods of Performance will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods.
