The objective of this project is to renovate an 8,000 SF two story facility to reduce loss caused by corrosion due to improper storage in highly corrosive environments. Renovation of an 8,000 SF two story facility. Work includes full demolition and replacement of HVAC system, electrical service and interior branch circuits, walls, ceiling and lighting on first and second floor. Subfloor repairs on the second floor. Regulated material abatement associated with demolition as identified in the Regulated Material Survey. Replacement of exterior doors and windows on west side of facility and maintain existing historical windows on north, east, and south sides. Installation of new fire suppression/alarm and mass notification system. PLEASE NOTE: SF 1442 AND ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE SIGNED AND SUBMITTED WITH PROPOSALS.
