This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation System Services, Size standard: $27,500,000. The resulting long-term contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for Potable Water Service at Sam Rayburn Lake. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be used to advertise and award one Potable Water System operation, Maintance and testing services at Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Jasper, Texas. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform potable water system operation, maintenance, and testing services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance will be one twelve (12) month base period, and two twelve (12) month option periods.
