This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services, Size standard: $8 Million. The resulting long-term contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for Aerobic Waste Water System Monitoring and Repair services at Lavon Lake. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be used to advertise and award one Aerobic System Monitoring Services contract at Lavon Lake, 3375 Skyview Dr., Wylie, TX 75908. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform aerobic system monitoring and repair at Lavon Lake as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance will be one twelve (12) month base period, and two twelve (12) month option periods.
