A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 19 July 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721211. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, stand alone (P-Type) contracts. Multiple awards will be made for Fort Worth District Regional Lake Office: Capital Region Office from the same solicitation. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services for the duration of the contract period as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and each lake's appendix for Capital Region Office - Live Oak Park Shift A and Shift B, Rocky Creek Park Shift A and Shift B, Cranes Mill Park Shift A, Potters Creek Park Shift A, Yegua Creek Park Shift A and Shift B. The period of performance will be identified on the bid schedules for each location. The estimated value is between $25,000 and 100,000.
