The Government intends to award a sole source award to National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), Washington, DC, for a subscription license for ProjNet - a web-based service that allows secure exchange of design and construction information among authorized partners in the context of specific Government and business processes. The ProjNet system application supports requests for information and other queries, between Government and Industry, for ongoing design, construction and services contracts. It is the intent of the Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, to award a one-year contract with four (4) one-year option periods, to NIBS. NIBS owns the software and this contract will allow the Fort Worth District to access the applications. If you determine that you can provide these services, please provide a detailed proposal no later than 24 May 2019 at 1400hrs CST.
